Since I started working with Robyn more then 2 years ago I have dropped more then 2 sizes.
Robyn has given me a hand with my meal planning. This has helped me gain more confidence in my self and body image. Not only does Robyn constantly come up with new and fun ways to challenge me. Shes also a great person to talk to and be around. I always have a smile on my face, even on days she is killing me during a workout.
She is always willing to work with recommendations I have been given from Doctors and any other therapist I work with be it a physio or massage therapist.
She is always pushing me to be my best self.

Robyn was able to modify some of the workouts that I had difficulties with and frequently checked in with me. I’ve completed the program and am so impressed. I dropped two dress sizes! "Robyn never disappoints! I’ve been training with her for a few years, and her programs are amazing. I Injured my knee over the winter and tried a bit during lockdown to work out on my own, but not to my surprise I was not as diligent as I was hoping to be. After 3 months of physio I needed to build strength back into my knee and I knew just who to turn to to help me get back in the groove ☺️. Also, these are stressful times and I was finding myself not sleeping well at night due to the stressors of life these days. "My husband and have trained with Robyn for about a year now. Robyn is different to other trainers. She takes the time to understand your individual needs and goals, whether it may be from a nutritional or physical standpoint, or both.
