What’s Your Why?

Have you thought about what keeps you going? Or what motivates you?

Motivation can be a tough one.. we need external and internal variations and everyone's motivation comes from different places.

As long as we have that one thing we know will keep us going, we are unstoppable. Don't forget what your why is, even on the days you feel like you can't do it and the motivation is at a 0.

Your why is the most important thing when it comes to staying motivated and staying inspired to continue. Your why will never go away, and when you dig deep it will probably never change as time goes on.

Everyone's why is different, makes sense why our motivations are different too right?

The thing we can all relate on together is that the why does exist, and it's deeply rooted within us.

Our why make's us want to do better, be better, and live healthier !

A healthy lifestyle is going to change your quality of life, and keep encouraging you to act on that WHY..... some people call it the "X factor", the "root motivation", at the end of the day we all have it and it may take some time and self reflection to find it, but it's there.
