Since I started working with Robyn more than 2 years ago I have dropped more than 2 sizes.

Robyn has given me a hand with my meal planning. This has helped me gain more confidence in myself and my body image. Not only does Robyn constantly come up with new and fun ways to challenge me, she’s also a great person to talk to and be around. I always have a smile on my face, even on days she is killing me during a workout.

She is always willing to work with recommendations I have been given from doctors and any other therapist I work with be it a physio or massage therapist. 

She is always pushing me to be my best self.
