I understand that achieving your fitness goals can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome obstacles and reach your full potential. Whether it is an individualized fitness plan or a pre-designed program, your goals are always first priority.

Personal Training Options:

Private Studio- Barrie, On

I have a private studio located at 565 Bryne Drive in the south end of Barrie just off of Mapleview Drive. It is private studio for personal trainers and their clients only called “Grand Central Training Station”. This means there are no EXCUSES we can book anytime! It has all the necessities a regular gym would have but in a much more private setting. I have several Training packages to fit your goals, pricing ranges from $65 to $80 per session. If you would like to book a fitness consultation with me the price is $40.

In Home - Barrie & Surrounding Area

If you live in the Barrie or surrounding area and have your own equipment I can always train you right in the comfort of your own home! Even if you do not have your own equipment but would prefer your own space I can always bring a few pieces of equipment to you. Fitness Consultations at your own place is $50 and package pricing ranges start from $100 per session.

Online Custom Programs

A custom program is designed specifically for your body and its needs. Everyone's different and your exercise program should be tailored to that by a professional. Having worked in a clinic setting, and a gym for almost 9 years I have seen many different goals, injuries and imbalanes. Having a program that helps you not only achieve goals like weight loss and gaining muscle, but is made specifically for your body is the best way to succeed on your fitness journey!

Depending on the package you purchase you will receive custom workouts based on your goals and equipment available. You will receive a form to fill out once you have completed your purchase, and then I will send the program out weekly. Programs are sent out Friday or Saturday where I will also do a weekly check-in.

Minimum program commitment is 12 weeks at a time to ensure you see the results you’re looking for :)
