Self Care Sundays <3

Another Sunday has arrived, hopefully you are taking some to for yourself to rest and reflect on the week.

Sunday may not be a rest day for everybody, so hopefully you have a day like Sunday for most of us in your routine.

Meaning, a day from the regular eat sleep work repeat.

The rest is what motivates us to get back to it, take what you need until you're ready to tackle the pursuits that keep your life going. Our greatest moments come after a solid rest.

Having the mindset that you will pick things back up again is what keeps us disciplined. You may be motivated but we must also stay disciplined as well. The rest only lasts for so long before we are back. Back to being motivated to be our best, and disciplined to make it happen.

When you quit, or let the rest become a permanent way of living, it not only affects our body too but our mind. How much better is your mood once you've exercised? It may not feel the greatest during (some of us disagree), but let's be honest.. sometimes its tough! With this we adapt, we cycle between rest and stress (the good kind), and our bodies become stronger, along with our minds.

Having a strong mind and the constant willpower to keep going will in the end, make us better as a whole. Taking this mindset into all aspects of our lives, not just fitness, will allow us to keep pushing ourselves and growing.

The potential has no limit! But our bodies do have them, and knowing when to rest is not a bad thing.

Enjoy it :)
