We will be working in 2 week blocks for 8 weeks straight

This program includes 4 workouts per week taking approximately 45 to 60 minutes each

For this program all you will need is a set of weights, preferably a lighter and heavier set if available

Work Out 1 focuses on Lower Body

Work Out 2 focuses on Upper Body

Work Out 3 focuses on Full Body Strength

Work Out 4 focuses on Full Body HIIT

Exercise’s are moderately are progressed each week to make sure you are improving, but also learning proper form.

There are photo's provided and detailed tips to make sure you can perform each exercise to the best of your ability.

Also includes a week sample meal plan geared towards losing body fat
